《西峰》

西峰

陈抟（北宋）

为爱西峰好，吟头尽日昂。

岩花红作阵，溪水绿成行。

几夜碍新月，半山无夕阳。

寄言嘉遁客，此处是仙乡。

西峰为华山五峰之一，是在地垒的基础上发育成的山峰，峰的西北面，直立如刀削，空绝万丈，人称舍身崖。西峰是华山最秀丽险峻的山峰。

The West Peak

Chen Tuan (the Northern Song Dynasty)

I love the West Peak so dearly,

I raise up my head,chanting all day long.

Red rock flowers bloom in blocks,

Green stream water runs in lines.

When night falls, the new moon rise is beheld not,

Halfway up the hill,the sunset is out of sight.

To those living in seclusion I lend a word,

A place of this is a fairy land the immortals choose to stay.
